Get4th and get4th.com are owned and operated by Can Tech Corp, a Massachusetts corporation (Sudbury, MA). Contact: support@get4th.com.

Get4th (get4th.com) is a pickleball game organiser operated by Can Tech Corp, Sudbury, Massachusetts. Organisers post a game; the players they have added receive a text message and reply to take a spot. This page describes the messaging program registered with US carriers (A2P 10DLC).

Who receives messages

Only people who have consented to a specific group (club or home court). Players never create an account or install an app. A number typed in by an organiser is never texted game invitations until consent is on record.

How a player opts in (two ways)

1. Online form. The organiser shares a join link (get4th.com/j/…). The player enters their name and mobile number and must tick a consent checkbox reading: “Text me about games at this number. A few messages a week at most. Reply STOP any time to end them. I accept the Terms and Privacy Notice.” The form cannot be submitted without the box ticked.
2. Keyword reply. If an organiser attests that a player gave them their number in person, Get4th sends one confirmation request: “Get4th here — [Organiser] from [Group] uses this to organize pickleball games. Get game invites at this number? Reply YES to start, STOP to opt out. Msg&data rates may apply.” Only a reply of YES records consent. Anything else, or no reply, and no further messages are sent.

Each consent is stored with the exact wording shown, a timestamp, and its source.

What players receive

• Game invitations from their group, with a short link to respond
• Confirmations, waitlist updates and reminders the day before a game
• Cancellations (for example a rain call) and answers to questions they text back

Frequency: typically 1–5 messages per week, depending on how often the group plays. Message and data rates may apply.

• “Get4th: Dana (Sudbury Thursday Crew) posted a game — Thu 6pm, Featherland Park, 8 spots. Reply YES to take one, or tap get4th.com/g/a1b2c3d4. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “Get4th: you're in for Thu 6pm at Featherland Park. 5 spots left. Reply OUT if plans change.”
• “Get4th: reminder — tomorrow 6pm, 40 Dutton Rd, Sudbury, courts 3–4. Reply OUT if you can't make it.”
• “Get4th: a spot opened for Thu 6pm — you were next on the standby list, you're in.”
• “Get4th: Thu 6pm is cancelled (rain). Dana will post the next one. Reply HELP for help, STOP to end.”

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all messages from that number immediately; a single confirmation is sent. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or email support@get4th.com.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are used solely to deliver the messages described above. See our Privacy Notice and Terms of Service §5A.
