Nothing to install

The no-app pickleball scheduler

Every pickleball scheduler promises "easy." Then the fine print: easy once all 12 of your players install the app, create accounts, allow notifications, and remember to open it. In every real group, two people never do — and they're usually your best players.

Get4th's requirement is a phone number. Your players get a text from your group's own line and reply Y. That's onboarding, complete. No download, no password, no notification settings — the "app" your players use is the Messages app they already check fifty times a day.

You get the tools; they get texts

As the organizer you do get a control panel — roster, games, attendance history, recurring games that post themselves, formats like round robins and king of the court. It runs in the browser, so even you don't install anything. The asymmetry is the point: the person who cares runs the group; the people who play just play.

$15/month covers 30 court reservations. That's 50¢ a game — about 6¢ per player, per hour. Players never pay a cent.

How Get4th works

1 · Post the game. Date, time, court, spots. Once, from your phone.

2 · Get4th texts your group from its own dedicated number — the one your players save as "Thursday pickleball."

3 · They reply Y. The court fills in order; extras land on standby. If someone drops, the first standby is texted automatically. You find out it was handled, not that it needs handling.

Questions

Really nothing to install — even for RSVPs, reminders, dropouts?

Really. Invites, confirmations, reminders, standby promotions, rain calls and 'what's the address' all happen over SMS.

What about players who don't text much?

If they can receive a text and reply with one letter, they're covered — that's exactly why groups with 60- and 70-something regulars run well on Get4th.

Do I, the organizer, need an app?

No — your dashboard runs in any browser, and you can add it to your home screen. Most organizers run whole seasons from their phone.

Is there a free trial?

30 days and 5 full courts free, no card. If your group doesn't fill faster, walk away having installed nothing.
